Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
* Unworn, unused, and unwashed
* With all original tags still attached
* In its original packaging
You will also need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please note that returns must be shipped to our international return address in Ukraine:
Ukrainian street 87, Vizhnitsya, 59200, Ukraine

Please note: For all standard returns (including cases where the item does not fit, the color does not match expectations, or you simply changed your mind), the customer is solely responsible for all international return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes required to deliver the item back to Ukraine. Any international shipments sent with unpaid duties or cash-on-delivery (COD) will be rejected, or the cost will be deducted from your final refund. 

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at info.keslove@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
* Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
* Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
* Personal care goods (such as beauty products, cosmetics, or swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken)
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
* Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. 
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
